Protection of Personal Data (GDPR)

The entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has made personal data protection a particularly important obligation for every business entity, not only due to the protection we all want for our personal data, but also due to sanctions that can be imposed for violating this obligation. In doing so, each entity, given its characteristics, requires a different scope of this protection meaning that it is necessary to establish an individual GDPR system that corresponds to each entity.

Our legal support in personal data protection begins with the analysis of business processes in which this data is processed and GDPR measures that may already exist. Afterwards it continues with the preparation of all measures (documentation) required to comply with GDPR requirements and the implementation of these measures in business operations.
