Within these areas of expertise, Martina advises international and domestic clients, multinational companies and financial institutions regarding company statutory changes and the implementation of specific management structures reflecting the relations between shareholders, as well as regarding all aspects of labour law due to her extensive experience in this area of law. Martina has been actively involved in all phases of numerous complex corporate transactions as well as investment projects in real estate and other properties.
