- Proposing and compiling all decisions and documents from domain of labour law (employment contract, management agreement, working regulations and other employer’s by-laws, collective redundancies, etc.)
- Advising the clients on labour law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring or transfer of business activity
- Representation in labour disputes
- Representation in consultations with work councils / trade union commissioners
- Representation in collective bargaining during the process of concluding collective agreements
- Day-to-day legal support to our client’s departments for human resources
