Public Procurement, Grants and Subsidies (EU Fonds)
Public Procurement is a strictly formal procedure for whose successful completion both contracting authorities and tenderers are required to strictly follow the stipulated rules and conditions.
The MGV team provides the following services:
- Advising contracting authorities on the composition of tender conditions and answering inquiries from interested economic operators
- Advising interested tenderers and representing them in proceedings before the State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures
- Advising on all matters of exercising the right to state aid and compliance with commitments to supervisory bodies (CFCA, HAMAG-BICRO, state administration bodies, the European Commission, etc.)
- Preparation and implementation of procurement procedures in accordance with the rules stipulated in all applicable programs for the use of grants from European Union funds
