Such activities are always preceded with requirement to regulate organizational form of the business in accordance with statutory regulations.

- Preparation of the contracts on purchase and sale of business shares / stocks and of the entire transaction documentation

Our acquisition and merger team (M&A transactions) has extensive experience in structuring complex public and private M&A transactions from all sectors of the economy including banking, finance, energy, IT, tourism, transportation, infrastructure and industrial production.
We advise members of the company or shareholders in regulating both mutual relations and in establishing the optimal vertical organizational structure.
We participate in the preparation, convening or conducting of assemblies and supervisory boards meetings, as well as the interpretation of contracts on the rights and obligations of members of the management board.
