Anita Grabar is an attorney at law and group leader for matters related to corporate governance, application of INCOTERMS rules and application of FIDIC general conditions of construction contracts in our Law Firm.
Anita’s legal work focuses on civil, commercial and corporate law, information technology and intellectual property protection. Within these areas of expertise, Anita advises international and domestic clients from various sectors of the economy, which regularly includes drafting of contracts, legal opinions, negotiations on complex trade agreements, general terms and conditions for commercial sale and/or procurement departments and drafting of other legal documentation.
