Jerko Grgić

Jerko Grgić is a partner and group leader for matters related to disputes resolution, debt collection and pre-bankruptcy and bankruptcy (insolvency) proceedings in our Law Firm.

In his legal practice, Jerko mainly deals with general commercial and civil law, with special emphasis on company law and managing court proceedings. He has advised numerous international and domestic clients in the preparation of complete transaction documentation regarding company take-overs. He has advised financial institutions in financing and lending projects and in establishing complex collaterals. Jerko has represented numerous international and domestic clients, multinational companies and financial institutions, in court proceedings and proceeding in front of other competent state authorities in numerous complex civil and commercial disputes. Jerko has extensive experience in litigation and debt collection enforcement proceedings, bankruptcy (insolvency) and pre-bankruptcy proceedings, dispute resolution by mediation, negotiations as well as arbitration.
