Jakov Mamić has extensive experience in corporate transactions and commercial law as well as mergers and acquisitions in areas of infrastructure and financial industry. He has been a leading lawyer of several practice groups dealing with complex regulatory issues, acquisition finance, investment projects in real estate and infrastructural projects which included project finance and conclusion of public procurement contracts, concession agreements and agreements in form of public-private partnerships. Jakov has negotiated many complex finance contracts which also included various complex collaterals and security packages and advised clients in a number of high-profile corporate transactions. He also advises many international and domestic clients, multinational companies and financial institutions on a large scope of day-to-day issues related to their corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
