Martina Vinter is a partner and leader of the labour law and public procurement group at our Law Firm.
Martina Vinter’s professional work focuses on commercial and company law, civil and labour law. Within these areas of expertise, Martina advises international and domestic clients, multinational companies and financial institutions regarding company statutory changes and the implementation of specific management structures reflecting the relations between shareholders, as well as regarding all aspects of labour law due to her extensive experience in this area of law. Martina has been actively involved in all phases of numerous complex corporate transactions as well as investment projects in real estate and other properties. In providing day-to-day legal assistance to numerous international and domestic clients, Martina’s work is focused on drafting and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial and civil law contracts.
